I have been studying and/or working in the area of psychology for the last 12 years, and established my private practice as an existential therapist in the East Finchley/Muswell Hill area in 2008. In my private practice I see individuals, couples and groups for counselling and psychotherapy. In addition, I work therapeutically with adolescents in a secondary school and also have experience of working in a primary school undertaking play therapy with children. Before setting up in private practice I worked as a counsellor at Turning Point and a psychotherapist at Claremont Psychotherapy Service. I am senior lecturer in counselling psychology at Regent's University where I also undertake research supervision and clinical supervision.

Before training to be a counselling psychologist I was a solicitor so I know about the stresses that working in a demanding job can bring. Being a lawyer was not the right path for me so I particularly understand those who are seeking to make a career change or get off the 'rat run' in order to find a more meaningful way of life.
