I have been studying and/or working in the area of psychology for the last 11 years, and established my private practice as an existential therapist in the East Finchley/Muswell Hill area in 2008. In my private practice I see individuals, couples and groups for counselling and psychotherapy. Before setting up in private practice I worked as a counsellor at Turning Point and a psychotherapist at Claremont Psychotherapy Service.
I teach trainee counselling psychologists and psychotherapists at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, where I am also a doctoral supervisor. I have been published in the Journal of the Society for Existential Analysis and presented my research at their forum.

I have undertaken further training in CBT and in group work. I am currently undertaking a BPS-approved certificate in Existential Supervision and Leadership training.
Before training to be a counselling psychologist I was a solicitor so I know about the stresses that working in a demanding job can bring. Being a lawyer was not the right path for me so I particularly understand those who are seeking to make a career change or get off the 'rat run' in order to find a more meaningful way of life.
